Hananwill Financial Education Services does not receive or pay fees or other consideration for the referral of clients.

Hananwill Financial Education Services is only funded by providing services to clients seeking to complete their Debtor Education Course.

Hananwill Financial Education Services may disclose Debtor information to the U.S. Trustees in connection with the United States Trustee’s oversight of Hananwill Financial Education Services, or during an investigation of complaints, during on-sight visits, or during quality of service reviews.

The U.S. Trustees office has reviewed only Hananwill Financial Education Service’s instructional services, and Hananwill Credit Counseling Services. The United States Trustee has neither reviewed nor approved any other services offered by Hananwill Financial Education Services or Hananwill Credit Counseling.

Our course is offered to students without regard to a client’s ability to pay.

Hananwill Financial Education Services online course fee is $25.00 per household, and telephone course is $35.00 per household. This fee can be paid by the client by using a credit/debit card, electronic check, or by mailing a check/money order, or may be billed to the clients Bankruptcy Attorney if the Attorney provides a code to the client.

Fee Waiver Policy

Hananwill Financial Education Services will waive the Course fee for clients based on their income in accordance with the Federal Poverty Guidelines updated periodically in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as adjusted from time to time for a household or family size involved in the fee determination. If a Debtor Student’s income is at or below 100 % of the federal poverty guideline based on household size there is no cost to complete the course. If a Debtor Student’s income is between 100% and 150% of the Federal poverty guideline based on household size the course will be $15. A Schedule I as proof of income is required.

In addition, Hananwill Financial Education Services will waive the fee for clients receiving Pro Bono legal representation.

Hananwill Financial Education will provide referrals to other companies for students with limited English proficiency

If a debtor student scores below 70% on the assessment, Hananwill Financial Education Services will contact the student to go through the questions missed. The debtor student will not have to take the course over if they score below 70%.

Hananwill Financial Educators have over 40 years of combined teaching and financial services training.

Hananwill Financial Education Services is prohibited from offering Legal Advice.

Upon completion of the course, Hananwill Financial Education Services has the obligation to issue a certificate to the Debtor Student promptly. Certificates are emailed or mailed to the Debtor Student's attorney, and emailed or mailed to the Debtor Student. Hananwill Financial Education does not charge an additional fee to issue certificates. Certificates will only be issued for Debtor Students who complete the Instructional Course.
